What data we process

Only what you send us through the contact form: name, work email, company, role, LinkedIn profile, reason and message. We also log the sender's IP address to prevent abuse.

Why

To reply to your message and, if you ask us to, continue the conversation about a possible collaboration. We do not send marketing or build profiles.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

How long

As long as needed to handle your request and at most twelve months after the last contact, unless we start a relationship that requires keeping it longer.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your message is delivered to our own mail server; the form does not use third-party platforms.

This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party resources.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to contact@csmak.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
